I started cosplaying in the midst of high school, about four years ago. My first costume was bought for me, no alterations. I loved dressing up and making alternate character designs, and then I was introduced to anime and cosplaying. It was like I found where I could fit in and belong, so to speak. I love it, and I plan to continue to cosplay as long as my college budget allows.
